In Voděrádky, we are making another dream come true. We are creating a space that combines high technology, art, entertainment and a piece of nature. In 2019, we've discovered a place that deserved our attention from the beginning. We bought the former Marshal's farm in Voděrádky and are reviving it with a sense of its original condition and location. We are building a space that will not only serve us to play with modern technology but will also bring joy to all of you.
We have built a hall for theater, cinema, concerts and other meetings of all kinds. We have opened a summer theater stage, we are inventing a children's trail and we are revitalizing the surrounding nature to provide a sufficient refuge for those who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city.'
To top it all off, we are constantly RECYCLING, UPCYCLING AND OVER AND OVER...life is a circle.
In Voděrádky, we’re making another big dream come true. In 2018, we discovered a place that we knew from the start deserved attention. We’re restoring the dilapidated Maršálek Farmstead with respect for its original condition and the surrounding landscape.
Over the course of several years, we have built a multicultural space full of life—with a multipurpose hall, an outdoor theater stage, a café, and other nooks for gatherings of all kinds. A space for joy for young and old alike. We’re designing a children’s trail and revitalizing the surrounding nature to provide a peaceful retreat for those who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Petr Hájek is an architect and educator. He is interested in the intersections between architecture and other disciplines, and vice versa.
His buildings straddle the line between architecture, works of art, and technical inventions. His building designs are not typically based on typologies and regulations, but are rather composed much like music. He designs, writes, exhibits, composes music, lectures, and conducts research. He collects art, books, and gadgets. He plays tennis, skis a little, and plays a little golf.
The last shirt you wear has no pockets. We started our companies so we wouldn't have to operate in the machinery of large corporations. We get instant ideas, we consult flexibly, we make quick decisions, we can do the impossible in three days or more with the right motivation, and we can do miracles on the spot.
We are a flexible team of digital Indians.
Poslední košile nemá kapsy. Naše firmy jsme založili proto, abychom nemuseli fungovat v mašinerii velkých korporací. Dostáváme okamžité nápady, flexibilně se radíme, děláme rychlé závěry, při správné motivaci dokážeme nemožné do tří a více dnů a zázraky na počkání.

Podařilo se nám oživit už několik míst, ale Voděrádky budou bezesporu v mnoha směrech naším životním dílem. Manželka se občas na mé projekty tváří velmi podezíravě, ale už si zvykla na to, že má nejdůležitější rozhodnutí nechávám bezhlavě na intuici, kterou předem v teepee s radou starších zběžně propočítáme.
Už je to dávno, co mi přestaly manželovy nápady připadat bláznivé. Obdivuji jeho vizionářství a umění vidět skutečnost jinou, než se na první pohled zdá. Největší životní sen si plníme už více jak 5 let každý den a teď máme něco, co námi oběma rezonuje trochu jinak. Z pohledu maminky dvou kluků je to i možnost zblízka dětem ukázat, kolika různými směry se mohou v životě vydat.
