We opened the Voděrádky summer theater scene in June 2021 with Dejvice Theater and Palace Theater.
In a semi-enclosed outdoor setting, you can enjoy culture from the warmer days of spring. Follow us into the countryside among the centuries-old oak trees, where we are prepared for the vagaries of the weather. A mobile roof protects you from rain and wind, the newly electrically operated side walls of the auditorium protect you from the cold, heated seat cushions and of course your warm clothes or blanket, which we will be happy to lend you on site.
With the first performance of this season, we will be opening a new spacious café and increasing the number of benches and seating areas in close proximity to the theater.

"Bullshit and Politics" is a podcast hosted by Reflex’s chief commentator, Bohumil Pečinka, a graduate of the Blansko Gymnasium and Petros Michopoulos, a man who has been involved in marketing and politics for a quarter of a century. A look at current politics through the eyes of two very different personalities who aren’t afraid to speak their minds.
An irreverent podcast that puts things into context and strictly separates empty talk from real politics — LIVE here.

A provocative tragicomedy about love that shatters all social conventions. Martin has achieved everything in life—even things no “normal” person would want. But who is actually normal? Do we have the right to judge others just because they don’t fit our expectations? By exploring a seemingly absurd situation, Albee’s play raises unsettling questions about love, tolerance, and family.

Everyone knows how the second round of the presidential election in the Czech Republic turned out in January 2018. In this game, you’ll discover the havoc the election results wreaked on the life of David Prebinger, a freelance architect, a failed organizer of threesomes, a recently divorced tireless commentator on current events, and a down-on-his-luck guy with a good heart.

Family happiness, domestic comfort, and financial security are shattered when the head of the household dies unexpectedly. The widow and her three daughters must quickly adapt to the situation. But how, when they’ve never managed a budget and are being pressured by a lawyer, a notary, creditors… What does it mean when everything changes overnight, but there’s no time to grieve because the wheels of the economy never stop turning?

It’s never too late to say “screw it” and throw yourself into the whirlwind of life. When patience runs out, radical solutions often follow. What goes around comes around. Even a so-called smart person might have a lightbulb moment when dealing with a fool—but think twice before calling someone a fool. You might end up being the one who gets the last laugh.

A fictional encounter between two Baroque geniuses—Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frideric Handel. They never met; it was the German journalist and playwright Paul Barz who brought them together. The imaginary meeting takes place in Leipzig in 1747, three years before Bach’s death. Bach envies Handel’s success, while Handel envies Bach’s exceptional talent and freedom—because all fame comes at a price. Over sumptuous meals, they engage in an entertaining, witty, and timeless dialogue about the meaning of life and art, about success and its cost. And, of course, their immortal compositions are played.
